Bad Design

I think I’ve seen  pretty poor effort from some one who’s built  a stretchwrap machine. Relays not capable of switching the current that’s running through them, no interlock between forward and reverse relays, no end of travel limits and the plug top was miswired. I’ll give them a price to make it right (already replaced the relays).

    Make sure you add the stupidity fee for having to fix other’s mistakes.

    That is poor design and shouldn’t have gotten out of the plant! Those were two of the FIRST things I learned when doing electrical control design.

    Yep along with poorly placed access panels, lack of tolerance concerning any possible camber of and short power leads…
