Blunt Instrument

I first saw Max Liao commenting on the Instrument and went unusual. Once Theodore Kurita commented as well, once can be coincidence twice is a pattern. The pattern is that they are fictional leaders from Battle Tech. Max the former leader of the Capallan Federation and Teddie the  leader of the Draconis Combine.

Max Liao (in Blunty terms) was a pro-PRC troll, as I seem to remember. Of course there’s no possibility at all he was in fact a certain SF aficionado of Mr Birmingham’s acquaintance with a track record in this sort of thing.

Serial trolls tend to have another identity to back their own rhetoric…

What fiction? The Commonwealth has been at war with those two rebellious states for over 200 years!

    Bring forth my BattleMaster!

I forgot to mention that Morgan Kell stuck his head in as well (famed leader of the Kell Hounds).

    Moko, I’m not suprised.

Hanse any chance of speeding up my appointment to NAIS?

Shouldn’t these trolls simply hide under bridges?

Well, maybe I’ll send a comment as ‘Stefan Amaris’ or ‘Jerome Blake’. And it’s scary that I remember those names from the original ‘Battletech’.

Used to drive a Locust, which was fun until someone decided to really take a shot at me, in which case a 20 ton machine will die like a AT-ST at an Ewok convention.

Therbs then we could drop the bridge on them 😉

YDog, Oh yes good idea perhaps I’ll post as Jinjiro Kurita.
Personally I liked mediums and heavies, typically custom, if not a Phoenix Hawk or a Warhammer.
