Triffid Hunting

First off you need eye protection, unless of course they can break car windows with their strikes.

Armament, well even though they are a plant the usual ammo criteria apply the round mustn’t fully penetrate so reluctant as I am it’s shotguns and buckshot and up in round size, though of course this is England so your two shots better count.

As to original containment, well wouldn’t manual/artificial pollination with males (if necessary obviously if  it is the females spawning you minimise their number instead of the males) stored off continent.

Oh and get a good engineer to design your safety interlocks.

Just be sure they don’t hunt back YDog, the new BBC strain is pretty vicious.

Moko, yes indeed the Beeb in London has just screened a to parter. SO far its looks good even with the scenery chewing Eddie Izzard as the villain. Though the green slant that they have replaced the original nuclear war fear doesn’t really work.

Great scenes of the sightless overwhelming those who sought to help. Also I advise a shoot first policy on plant rights activist.

I quite enjoyed it, I thought Eddie did a good job (yes scenery was chewed). The green message was a bit strong and I’m tired to near death of the “activist doing the right thing and destroying the world” trope.
